"Come up with new UX driven concepts for operating a crane, utilizing e.g. wearables or augmented reality.” Konecranes is quite interested in developing new ways of utilizing emerging technologies like AR. They wishes to be a first in their products. Now they are researching the possibilities of company to launch a functioning system to be implemented in crane industry. We focused on the controlling an electronic overhead trolley (EOT) and the experiences related to it.

Pain Points

They don't know speed and weight of the load. It extremely dangerous so they need to aware of all the things around user. But it is really too hard to catch all the object, sounds and workers when user using the crane.

유저리서치를 통해서 각각의 서비스를 이용할 유저를 정의하고 그들의 니즈 및 pain point를 파악하는 과정을 거쳤습니다. 그들의 목적 및 task 를 명확하게 정의 하여 각각의 서비스 및 컨텐츠의 목적을 충실하게 충족하는 홈페이지를 디자인하였습니다. 그리고 각각의 섹션마다 테스트 및 프로토타이핑을 통해서 사용성 및 좀더 나은 솔루션을 만들었습니다
